Twitter added a spam fighting toolbox to give users the ability to flag bad accounts on Twitter. Click “Report as spam” button under the Actions section of a profile’s sidebar and Twitter’ll check it. In order to avoid misusage, ‘no automated action’ll be taken as a result of reporting a user as spam. And once you report a profile it’ll automatically be blocked from following or replying to you,’ explained Twitter blog.
