Google is testing a new effect in which everything on the Google homepage aside from the search box and Google’s logo, only revealing the rest of the navigation elements with a nifty fade effect when you move your mouse. A few notable omissions from the ‘fade-in’ homepage though, you’ll notice that “Google Search” and “I’m Feeling Lucky” button are both missing.

US regulators are to crack down on bloggers who fail to disclose money or gifts received from companies when reviewing their products.
