“Deep & Jump to” links launched on Google and Bing Search Engine
Google released “navigational & jump to” links on search snippet, that lets you navigate directly to the relevant section instead of scrolling through the page looking for their information. These links are completely algorithmically, based on page structure. To make them appear n your pages: First, break your long multi-topic pages into distinct logical sections. Second, ensure that each section has an associated anchor with a descriptive name (i.e., not just "Section 2.1"), and that your page includes a "table of contents" which links to the individual anchors.

Microsoft’s Bing search engine also launched a similiar feature “Deep Links” designed to simplify searches by taking you one step closer to your final destination using one simple click, straight from the search results page.
