A new site called “Microsoft Answers,” focuses on Microsoft’s consumer products. “So far, the forums on the site focus solely on Windows Vista. However, as of the 28th September (PST), we’ll be announcing the addition of forums for Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows Live Services in English, with other languages to follow. Forums for Office’ll also be added later this financial year, with even more consumer products to be added as the Microsoft Answers community grows.”
