H.G. Wells 143rd b’day behind Google’s doodle logo mystery
Google posted the third-dooldle part of [unexplained phenomenon] 3 series of doodles, and revealed the mystery. Google on Sep 5th posted first doodle with the abduction of second 'o' and a coded tweet from its alien captors: 1.12.12 25.15.21.18 15 1.18.5 2.5.12.15.14.7 20.15 21.19, which translates into "All your O are belong to us" (a nod to the Japanese video game, Zero Wing). Then on Sep 15th, Google posted 2nd doodle with “crop circles,” and the Google Korea blog revealed as H.G.Wells b’day. Google have now posted the final doodle for celebrating 143rd B’day of Herbert George.

And in doing so, they ignore the 300th anniversary of the birth of Samuel Johnson.
