Google latest Internet stats

Google launched a microsite for UK that brings together the latest industry facts and insights together in one place – collected from a number of third party vendors covering a range of topics from macroscopic economic and media trends to how consumer behaviour and technology are changing over time. Some stats: “93% of enterprises (10+ employees) in the UK have Internet access – In May 2009, Google had over 4.0 billion search page views in the UK – 20 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute – There are 1.6 billion people online worldwide, representing nearly 24% of the world’s population.”
