If you search for [ADHD] and other medical terms, you'll see an excerpt from a Google Health article and links to other services: Mayo Clinic, Medline Plus, WebMD. When asked Google, whether they want to include ads at Google Health, Google replied that “it is about getting the answer as quickly as possible to the searcher” and that they’ve “no current plans or even future plans to add ads to the Google Health property,” reports. To test, OneBox outside US, append your search URL with “&gl=us” parameter.
