Google Reader added a new "Send to" feature that allows you to share posts to: Blogger, Twitter, Facebook, and other services. Just head over to settings page, and enable the services you want to use. To share an item on one of your sites, simply click the "Send to" button and choose your service. If you're into keyboard shortcuts, "shift-t" will do the same. If your favorite service isn't listed, you can create your own "Send to" link with a URL template.

Name: Google Bookmarks
URL: http://www.google.com/bookmarks/mark?op=edit&output=popup&bkmk=${url}&title=${title}
Icon URL: http://www.google.com/favicon.ico
….and here's how to use AddToAny, service that lets you select between many social sites.

Name: Add to Any
URL: http://www.addtoany.com/share_save?linkurl=${url}&linkname=${title}
Icon URL: http://www.addtoany.com/favicon.ico

Google Reader also made it possible for you to subscribe directly to blogs, photos, or Twitter updates that anyone you're following has included on their Google profile, click "From people you follow" tab on the "Browse for stuff" page. Finally, the "Mark all as read" button now has a menu that lets you choose to only mark items as read if they're older than your specified time frame.
