Dell decided that its time for Inspiron Mini 12 to ride off into the sunset, reason being “It really boils down to this: for a lot of customers, 10-inch displays’re the sweet spot for netbooks (Mini 10 or Mini 10v)….Portability’s one of the key points for netbook customers. Larger notebooks require a little more horsepower to be really useful.” Where as, Intel says “If you’ve ever used a Netbook and used a 10-inch screen size–it’s fine for an hour. It’s not something you’re going to use day in and day out.”
