The virtual machine configuration parameters that you must define prior to creating a new virtual machine, and the process to create and configure a new virtual machine using the New Virtual Machine Wizard in Hyper-V Manager. Before you create a new virtual machine (VM) using the Hyper-V Manager, it is crucial that you define these essential parameters:
Virtual Machine Name; Virtual Machine Processor Allocation; Virtual Machine Memory Allocation; Virtual Hard Disk Size and Location; Virtual Network Connection; Installation Method and Media. Once you have defined these basic parameters, you are ready to create a virtual machine using the New Virtual Machine Wizard available in Hyper-V Manager.
