Journaling is a feature of Microsoft Exchange Server that enables Exchange to record all the communications in an organization, including e-mail communications. Journaling on Microsoft Business Productivity Online Standard Suite applies to Premium Journaling only. Microsoft Online Services supports Journaling but it is up to you to see whether Journaling works with your on-premise archiving or hosted archiving solution. Because Journaling is also available as a service from Microsoft ForeFront Online Services for Exchange, we will support Journaling to this service in the future. Microsoft Online Services offers Journaling as a special request; please contact Technical Support to open a service request.
