Yahoo! Search, is now offering sports team shortcut for sports releated queries that displays “real time score, last game’s score, date and time of next game, as well as quick links to team’s page, news, scores, schedules, stats, and photos.” The sports team shortcut covers the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, French Open, and college sports leagues including the NCAAF and NCAAB.

Google is also showing “Sports OneBox” that shows the latest results from Roland Garros, an important tennis tournament held in Paris, as well as results from football (or soccer), the National Hockey League (NHL), National Basketball Association (NBA), Major League Baseball (MLB), cricket, NASCAR or Formula 1.
