Microsoft Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates, Microsoft chairman and co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, addressed a forum of more than 105 CEOs who gathered at Microsoft's Redmond, Wash. campus. In his keynote, Ballmer discussed the state of innovation in technology and future industry growth as IT departments continue to embrace the Internet.
