Google has launched a standalone contact manager, which lets you manage contact information across Google Docs, Google Calendar, Picasa, and other services – even if you don't use Gmail. To enable this service, just click on the link that says "Add more services" in the "Settings" section of the control panel. You'll then have the option to add this service. This standalone version lets you create groups, add multiple email, phone, or home addresses and even adjust chat preferences for your contacts. You can import your contacts from other sources or export the ones you have currently.
