Microsoft pubCenter publishing program enters into public beta, as on April 22. pubCenter, Microsoft’s advertising program is U.S. only at this time, and is actively seeking publishers to join and test contextual ads on their sites. You can sign up for the beta here.  You can get more information about the program on the pubCenter blog.
