The Microsoft Citizen Service Platform is currently powering the first two of their kind e-services for the elderly. The third Local and Regional Government (LRG) Solutions Forum in Bilbao was the stage where Microsoft announced that UK partners Cerrus International and CareWorks had leveraged CSP in order to introduce new services aimed at elderly communities in China and the UK. In China, the assisted living facilities of Sun City, built on the outskirts of Beijing, offer care for over 7,000 people.
