Setanta has launched its new Microsoft Silverlight-powered “Setanta-i service,” that gives you live and on demand channels, pay-per-view (PPV) events and a pretty large back catalogue, with some free content in there too – unusual for a premium broadband services that you get to pay before you play. It’s available in to six regions - USA, UK, Republic of Ireland, Australia, Canada and International.

Setanta-i is as bad as Setanta Broadband was. Sure, it could be great, but i lost a lot of confidence in the North American version of this due to their shoddy support.

    Sad, but true.
