The Mac has received a new Twitter application “Tweetie for Mac” (codename: “Bigbird”) — a desktop client of iPhone version. Tweetie for Mac is a complete rewrite version, and the new core is faster, more stable, and more extensible than its predecessor. Tweetie will offer a free version that will be ad supported, as well as a paid ad-free version app for $14.95. Stay tuned.
