EVO Smart Console is a Linux-based video game console, powered by a 2.4GHz Athlon 64x2 4850E+ CPU with 2GB DDR2 expandable to 4GB, ATI HD3200 GPU, 120GB HDD. It combines features such as biometric,voice,cloud,remote storage,gaming,DVR,VOD,social networking via Pitchbuzz.com, and video conferencing.

The listed price for resellers, OEMs and early adopters is $279-$350. The retail price will be $379 after April 17. However, a beta program will make 100 consoles available for purchase, and testing period will last until June 17. Games will be distributed as downloads and on SD cards for $19.95.
