Microsoft France is giving away no less than 1,000 DVDs of Windows 7 Beta Build 7000 via TechNet. Users have to be French residents in order to receive their free DVD with a copy of the Beta of Windows 7. But if indeed users live in France, then they are in luck. All that required is, visit this page and agree to participate in the TechNet promotion. Microsoft revealed that the offering was designed  to celebrate the launch of the new Windows 7 TechCenter.
