Searchme, a visual search engine has added a Twitter button to help users Tweet the search results. Once you've completed your search, “Tweet this search” button appear at the top of the results. Clicking the button, will be take you to the Twitter homepage where a Tweet is already prepared for you. Tweak as needed or go ahead and update.
