Yahoo! rolled out instant visual results for the Yahoo! optimized version of Internet Explorer 8 (download): Weather, Movie Reviews and Showtimes, and Stock Quotes. When you type a query from any of the three categories in Internet Explorer 8, instant visual results will appear with related information. For e.g. when you type “Movie Slumdog Millionaire Santa Clara, CA” — you will see local show times, synopsis, and ratings. Users will also continue to get instant text suggestions below the visual suggestions with Yahoo! Search Assist.
