CodeWeavers, the company behind the WINE-based CrossOver Office and CrossOver Games for running Windows office applications and games, respectively, on Linux (and Mac OS X) has shared some of their plans for 2009. “We're really pushing Direct X 9 support pretty far along, and getting ready to move on Direct X 10.” Lastly, the new CrossOver graphical interface will integrate CodeWeavers' web-based Compatibility Center into the installation area.
