If you’re an Safari browser fan, and couldn’t check your Windows Live Hotmail account using it, here’s the workaround that involves changing the User Agent string to fool Hotmail. Setting the User Agent string to Opera will allow you to use Hotmail normally in Safari 4, that is until you close the session.

-Click “settings” icon in you Safari browser, then, from the same menu, click on Preferences, then Advanced.
-Now check “Show Develop menu” to place a “Develop” menu item in the menu bar. From there, go down the list and choose “Opera 9.63 for Windows or Mac”
