With the worldwide release of Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS), GlaxoSmithKline decided to standardize on Microsoft Online Services for their more-than 100,000 employees worldwide, as their messaging and collaboration platform, replacing Lotus Notes. GSK is estimating that the move will decrease collaborative tool costs by 30%, as well as improve their ability to collaborate with partners reliably.
