Microsoft hasn't made any significant changes to the Download Center since Feb 2003. Until now, the company was beta testing their new download center for quite sometime, and was offering users to beta test. Now, the company has made a full-fledged revamp to most parts of the site and released the site to all. The new version has a much cleaner look & feel, less-cluttered, with Silverlight-powered A-Z drop-down menu that allows you to filter the downloads by download name.
