YouTube is now calling users to contribute tips, tricks & learning video for its Help Center to help others learn how to use YouTube. All you need to do is, go to Help Center and look for the box on the right side with a heading “Make our help center better!”, then click “submit” to upload video. Look at the screenshot below:

 

In a releated news, YouTube is enabling "Recent Activity", and providing activity feeds for integration into other apps and sites. The API respects all privacy settings, so the user still has complete control over what does or does not appear in the feed.
