Just more than half of Xbox 360 owners who use the video game console's online service pay to play games online, according to an internal Microsoft document. OpenID is a way to authenticate yourself to various web services as the owner of a particular URL. Instead of giving a username and password to a login form, you just give it your URL. We had earlier reported, Microsoft started compiling Windows 7 RC branch, and the RC build 7048 will be released on Feb 27th. Now, Sinofsky has confirmed that the latest Windows 7 RC Build 7046 is internally being tested and the official release date is set for April 10, 2009. The Windows team is right on schedule
