Microsoft will debut the next phase of its $300 million Windows campaign -- which so far has featured both Jerry Seinfeld and more recently proud PC owners -- during the Grammy awards Sunday evening. A spokeswoman says the ad that will debut during the Grammys stars a "4-year-old girl who highlights Windows Live photo gallery."
