Yahoo! has posted about discontinuing its Briefcase service on March 30 2009. The service allows people to store files online for free and offer 30MB of online storage. Yahoo is warning users to retrieve or delete their documents before the date, after which, you’ll be unable to access Yahoo! Briefcase or your files within the Yahoo! Briefcase account.

“usage has been significantly declining over the years, as users outgrew the need for Yahoo Briefcase and Yahoo! turn to offer much more storage and enhanced sharing capabilities via Yahoo! Mail’s unlimited storage and Flickr’s media sharing capabilities,” Yahoo! said in a statement.
