In their Feb Weather Report, Yahoo! started rolling out some changes to search index with fresh web data and updates to crawling, indexing, and ranking algorithms. The updates will complete in next few days; you may see some changes in ranking as well as some shuffling of the pages in the index.

In Dec 2008, Google Blog Search began indexing full contents. The latest SketchUp software lets you model your own underwater world! Just download SketchUp, go to 'Window' then 'Preferences'; choose 'Extensions' in the left column; toggle on 'Google Earth Ocean Modeling'; then Hit OK. Next import desired terrain from Google Earth, then choose 'Get Current View' in SketchUp. If you get 'Camera altitude too high' warning, just move closer to ocean floor. Next, under “Plugins”

Last year, Microsoft announced plans to bring a limited version of its SQL Server database online, now the company plans to incorporate as many features from its flagship database into SQL Data Services (SDS) before the cloud-computing platform upon which it will run, Windows Azure, is released, according to an article on The Register.
