Manually refresh feeds in Google Reader

If your using Google Reader, and for some reason, the Feed subscriptions aren't updae /indexed by Google Reader, just click on "Refresh" button. That button usually checks if there are new posts cached by Google Reader, but when you open an individual subscription the button forces an update and loads the new posts. Alternatively, you could just press "r" to update the feed.
