If you’ve played around with Windows Azure and/or Azure Services Platform you’ll know that getting tokens can be somewhat a pain. Here’s an article explaining the process: “First - all token types will at some point require you to log in with a Windows Live ID.  For testing purposes you may want to create a new, unique Windows Live ID.  Alternatively, you may wish to use an existing Live ID.  In either case, to prepare whichever Live ID you choose to use, you'll want to visit the Microsoft Billing site at http://billing.microsoft.com and then to fill in any blank or 'TBD' fields for EACH account associated with the Live ID that will use.  […]”
