Silverlight Streaming Publishing Plug-In for Expression Encoder 2

The Silverlight Streaming Publishing Plug-In for Expression Encoder 2 allows to publish a job output from Microsoft Expression Encoder v2 directly to the Microsoft Silverlight Streaming by Windows Live service, using the public API. Keith Combs underlined that the tool was still in pre-release stage, but indicated that functionality was not affected even though the plug-in was still under development.
