Tim Sneath put together a great list Windows 7 Secrets. If you're using the Windows 7 beta, this is a must-read. Some of the keyboard shortcuts include moving windows a half screen at a time with Windows+Right (or Left) Arrow, or using Windows+Up/Down to minimize/maximize. You can hit Windows+Home to minimize all the windows except the current one. Windows+T will give focus to your taskbar, allowing you to zip through the windows with the arrow keys.
