Barack Obama, Britney Spears Twitter account hacked

Recent phishing scam that targetted Twitter users, resulted in 33 “hacked” Twitter accounts including prominent Twitter-ers like Rick Sanchez and Barack Obama. We immediately locked down the accounts and investigated the issue. Rick, Barack, and others are now back in control of their accounts, reports Twitter Blog.

Update: Valleywag reports that Britney Spears account was also hacked.
