Ketarin is a open source Windows utility that once feed the list of applications you want to track, monitors the content of web pages for changes and downloads files to a specified location, which automatically updates setup packages. Ketarin is grab the download URLs from FileHippo, a popular software download site. But if you want to track an application that's not available on FileHippo you can enter the URL for the download page and establish a list of variables Ketarin should look for to determine whether there's a new version of the application available.
