Samsung Blackjack IIThe consumer advocacy magazine reportedly rated four Windows Mobile phones and one RIM phone well ahead of Apple's iPhone 3G and T-Mobile G1. According to Consumer Reports's highest rated phone is a Windows Mobile device, the Samsung Blackjack II, followed by T-Mobile Wing, Motorola Q9C, and T-Mobile Shadow. The fifth-ranked phone, with a rating of 63, was reportedly RIM's BlackBerry Pearl Flip. Meanwhile, Apple's iPhone 3G and T-Mobile G1 rated well down the list, apparently tied with several other phones for 61st position, according to Miller.
