If you’re a student at a U.S. educational institution, with a valid .edu e-mail address and with at least 0.5 credits. You qualify for Microsoft’s Ultimate Steal program that allows students to order Office Ultimate 2007 for $59.95 and Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade Edition (regular or Product RED branded) for $65.

The licenses are perpetual, meaning you get to continue using the software even if you quit school. And I see nothing in the terms and conditions that prevents using this copy for commercial purposes.
