Blackbird – Mozilla-based custom browser for African Americans
Blackbird is a new browser built on top of Mozilla technology that is supposed to make it easier for African Americans to discover relevant content on the web and to interact with other members of the African American community online by sharing stories, news, comments and videos via the browser.
The browser displays a pre-set news ticker on top, pulls in news content from Google News that might be of interest to African-Americans, and features a section with video content from online TV sites like UptownLiveTV, NSNewsTV, DigitalSoulTV and ComedyBanksTV.

WereBo, you do realize Mozilla has about as much to do with this as Microsoft, right?
The browser is freely editable by anyone. Anyone can create derivative works from it. This actually has nothing to do with the Mozilla suite or Firefox, aside from sharing their original code base.
Doesn't this stink of racism? Or is that allowed for blacks?
This software should either be balanced out with an option for White topics, Jewish topics and every other nationality's topics or scrapped entirely!
I've been happy, using Mozilla software since the days of Netscape Navigator 3, I'm now seriously considering other alternatives - Another classic example of 'Positive Discrimination'!!!
