DupeCleaner is a utility that will search your Shares folder, sniff out duplicated files, and provide you the ability to delete the duplicated files. DupeCleaner installs like most other add-ins.  Simply open the WHS console Settings window, click on the Add-ins tab and install the program from the Available list.
