Google adds ‘Voice search’ to iPhone via Google iPhone app

Google researchers have added sophisticated voice recognition technology to the company’s search software for the Apple iPhone. With the new Google iPhone application, that’ll be available for free download at Apple iTunes store from Friday onwards, users can place the phone to their ear and speak their search query into the phone, rather than having to type it out.
