Google has started displaying AdSense ads under Google Maps. The ads don’t show up on all searches, but they do appear on enough searches, I tried few searches in Opera, and Google Chrome but couldn’t get to see any ad. “These’re actually local business ads when there’re local business ads available to show - but written as text ads at the bottom of the page, clicking on the ads below the map take you straight to the advertiser’s website. The screenshot shows how the new ad placement looks on a search in Google Maps for [seattle real estate].
