Microsoft's Office Labs  prototyping team was launched, one of its plans was to test ideas from people anywhere inside Microsoft, not just those on its research and development teams. The first of those “community” projects made its debut today. Dubbed “Speed Launch,” the software was created by Matt Dyor, a Microsoft patent lawyer; and David Craig, from the company's information-technology department.
