iPhone with Microsoft ActiveSync support for Exchange Server

Microsoft’s been noticeably and characteristically mum about Apple’s iPhone 2.0 unveiled yesterday. But on July 11, the Redmondians did make sure to note that iPhones now include ActiveSync support for Exchange Server. On the Microsoft Team Blog, Adam Glick, a Technical Product Manager with Microsoft’s Unified Communications group, highlighted the iPhones’ ActiveSync support.

Live Mesh updates: New Build (0.9.3103.2), new features, performance

Live Mesh team released a new build 0.9.3103.2, which includes bux fixes, new features and tuned performance. Be default your Live Mesh client will automatically update itself within 24 hours of the new build being posted, but you can always right click the Notifier icon in the system tray and choose to force an immediate update.

YouTube Geographic Search

One of the optional fields lets you geotag your videos, when you upload to YouTube, but doesn’t easily search for video by location. Now you can restrict YouTube's search results to videos from a certain location. Just click on the “advanced” link next to the search box, type your query, enter the location and click on “show map” to adjust your location.
