Google AdSense “Slideshow Image Ads”
Google frequently experiments with new ad format, this time, Google is testing around “Slideshow Image Ads”. Yesterday, I’ve seen these ads in the sidebar of our blog (160x600 format), the ad was of “VIATOR.” These ads are a hybrid of text and image ads with a slider full of images at the bottom or on the left & right side. Clicking on slider button opens the larger version of the image alongside its textual description.
Bilal Hameed reports, that they’ve seen the ads on Startup Meme, appearing in a 336×280 Large Rectangle.
