The Color Picker is a free windows tool that enables you to pick your favorite colors from anywhere on your screen. Colors can then be added to a palette and saved for later use. The program supports color code in RGB and HEX, and you can easily copy the color code to the clipboard. Whenever you found a color, just open the application, point your mouse to the color, and left click it. Thats all, the application will automatically save the color into the color palette and you can use it anytime.
