WordPress celebrated its 5th birthday on May 27th. To celebrate the day, Matt announced a WordPress Party along with others in the works around the world to celebrate the occassion. The first version of WordPress was announced on May 27th 2003, and latest version 2.5.1 was made available on April 25, 2008.
Many happy returns of the day to WordPress, WordPress Development, Support Team, and all WordPressers.
