Philipp has created little hack called “People Around the World” with Google Image search, that uses a site operator depending on the country you pick, e.g. site:de for Germany, and triggers an image search using Google’s option to show faces only.

Google’s Pamela Fox, has created a gadget, which uses the AJAX Search GimageSearch with the face restriction set and sending the appropriate search (”site:de” for German, e.g.). She has also added a timer/randomizer for lazy people.
