Google has started auto adjusting Search Box for longer queries. If you entered long queries, earlier in a Google search box, you would’ve noticed, that it was bit difficult to see/edit them, because Google optimized the search box for short queries (32 words). This won’t happen anymore, you can now, type much bigger queries and Google will auto adjust the search box's size after you perform a search.
